Delara App Terms of Use
By creating an account or using the Delara app, you agree to these terms.
Delara is not medical advice
Delara is an educational and self-tracking tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace your clinician, and it doesn't recommend medicines or doses. Always talk with a qualified clinician about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. If you are in crisis, contact your local crisis line or emergency services.
Who can use Delara
You must be 18 or older. Delara is available worldwide, but it is not designed to meet the medical rules of any one country, so check that it suits where you live. One account per person; keep your password private.
Your content
What you log belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you. You can download or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other people's data, interfere with security, or use the app to break the law.
Lessons and sources
Lessons summarize public health sources, which are cited and dated. Medical knowledge changes; we review content on a schedule, but it may not reflect the very latest guidance.
Paid features
Some features may require a paid plan in the future. Prices, renewal terms, and how to cancel will be shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Delara Care disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, and in that case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Delara Care is established, except that the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply to you.
